He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ballard and Blanche Hiser Ballard; and his siblings, Wendell Ballard and Beatrice Burton. He is survived by: his wife Connie M. Ballard; his children, Dirk Ballard (Janis) of Floyds Knobs, Michael Alexander of Columbus, Season Ballard (Ryan Hoeltke) and Tina Thompson (Erik); and his siblings, Powell Ballard, Judy Noel (Don) of Columbus and Minnie Roberts (Gene) of Columbus. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
