She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Williams and Mae Williams (McKain); her siblings, John Williams, Reed Williams, James Noble Williams, Louis Williams, Margaret Jean Cline (Williams), June Rhoades (Williams), Mary K. Lucas (Williams) and Martha E. Taylor (Williams); and her son-in-law Darrell Siegelin.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Hayworth (Maggie) of Boise Idaho, Gary Hayworth (Kathy), Linda Hayworth of Columbus and Lizbeth Siegelin of Columbus; her grandchildren, Aaron Grissom (Michelle), Beth Overton (James), Jessica Hayworth, Jeff Hayworth (Amanda) and Justin Hayworth (Ashley); and her close friends, Darla Hill and Jeff Bailey. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
