He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert John; his grandparents, Robert, Goldie Lockherd, Norval, Caroline Perry and Ernie Stone; his sister-in-law Sondra Perry; and his nephew Gilbert Ra Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara L. Perry of Columbus; his stepfather Cuba J. Perry; his sons, Johnathon "Tyler" Perry of Columbus, Nicholas C. Perry of Columbus and Jaden S. Perry of Columbus; his siblings, Mark C. Perry (Colleen) of New Hampshire, Ryan C. Perry (Jessica Bryant) of Scottsburg and Sean C. Perry of Nashville; his mother-in-law Marcia K. Parrott of Columbus; his sister-in-law Kimberly Perry of Las Vegas; his nieces and nephews, Allyssa Perry (Adam Sadler), Alexander Perry, Kaylee Perry, Kiana Perry and Trinity Giles; and his grandmother Malta Stone. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
We do ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines once inside the funeral home and masks are required.
Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to the Wounded Warrior Project or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
