Carter of Columbus, Indiana, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Carter and Mignon Jensen Carter. He is survived by: his daughters, Leota Polland (Ronald) of Arizona, Michele Spangle (Glenn Spangel Jr) of Seymour and Cassandra Denham (Jason) of Colorado; his close friend Cherlyn Carter of Columbus; and his niece Rebecca Comstock. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
