He is survived by: his wife Lydia (Denney); his daughters, Pamela Andrew of Columbus and Lisa Stults (Cliff) of Seymour; his grandchildren, Miranda Perry, Ashley Pollert (York), Jessica Bradley, Destinee Storvick, Dylan Andrew (Emilee), Angel Siler and Macie Stults; and his great grandchildren, Justice Perry, Jackson Lowe, Jagger Perry, Jizelle Perry, Leighton Pollert, Ryder Storvick, Kyle Siler, Sydney Pollert, Dahlia Storvick, Kaven Siler and Aiden Pollert.
