He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Johnson and Dorothy Head Johnson; his former wife Joyce Hamilton Johnson; his stepmother Betty Johnson; his brother Mickey Johnson; and his half-brother Herbie Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schnier Johnson; his children, Diana Pierson, Mark Johnson (Patty), Shawn Johnson and Kevin Johnson; his stepsons, David Manley and Steven Manley; and his siblings, Glen Johnson (Pat), Steve Johnson, Elaine Stewart (Ferris) and Patsy Clayton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
