He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Brian Joseph Hart of Chicago, Sarah Wierschke (Kevin) of Burke and Emily Nelson (Erik) of Indianapolis; his siblings, Herb Hart (Winnie) of Colorado, Tom Hart (Doreen) of North Carolina and Bette Fundenberger of Missouri; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Luke Wierschke, Eli Nelson and Everett Nelson.
