It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Michelle Perez of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Combest, Fabian and Hermina Perez; and her aunts and uncles, Sally Spurgeon, Pauline Perez, Andrea Perez, Russell Perez and Jose Gonzalez, Sr..
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Perez, Sr. and Brenda Combest Perez; her children, Hunter Ray Perez-Goodpaster, Mia R. Grider and Cayden Earl John Grider; her siblings, Melissa Coy (Matthew) and Tom Perez, Jr.; and her grandmother Mary Combest. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
