She was predeceased by: her husband Tony Hernandez; and her nephew Bryant Graham. She is survived by: her parents, Ken Graham and Arlene Graham; her son Mitchell Aaron Graham (Jaime); her grandsons, Shane, Garrett and Kenny Graham; her stepdaughter Heather Stillabower-Hernandez; her brother Kevin Graham (Lori); and her nieces, Alicia and Kristen Graham.

Due to the new mandate limiting gatherings to 50 people, visitors are required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.
