She was predeceased by: her father Jackie Raymond Toppe. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Dewade Toppe; her husband Bill G. Wheeler; her daughter Sugar Williams (Harold) of Arkansas; her siblings, John Toppe (Mary) of Vallonia, IN and Sue Kamman of Vincennes, IN; and her grandsons, Aaron Baker and Austin Baker.
