He was predeceased by: his son Flint Edward McCullough; his grandson Nathan Valentine; and his siblings, Kenneth McCullough (Eileen), Robert McCullough (Mary), Harry McCullough, George McCullough and Betty Balmer (Gerald).
He is survived by: his spouse Sharon Wood; his children, Tim Bok (Amy), Todd Bok (Kelley), Rex McCullough, Candy DeSota (Bob) and Teresa Valentine (Mark); his siblings, Larry McCullough (Ellen) and Donna Augsburger; and his son Columbus Grove. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
