He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob Dicken, Richard Matlock, Kenneth Bolar and Louise Bolar. He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Matlock (Jennifer) of Columbus and Leslie Yoder (Carson) of Columbus; his daughter Marley Matlock; his brothers, Skyler Matlock of Columbus, Conner Matlock of Columbus and Carson Lane Yoder of Columbus; his stepbrothers, Caleb Spencer of Columbus and Avery Spencer of Columbus; his grandparents, Barbara Dicken of Columbus, Alvin Yoder, Rose Yoder of Salem, Rick Brown and Teresa Brown of Columbus; his aunt Jenny Thompson; and also Kyla Heslop of Columbus. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.

MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Keygan Matlock Memorial Fund through the funeral home.
