He is survived by: his wife Connie Shepherd; his children, Larry Lynn Starr of Columbus, Curt Starr (Amy) of Columbus, Alley Morrison (Rusty) of Columbus, Susan Louden (Matt) of Columbus, Frankie Poole (Brandi) of Hope, Bobby Starr (Chelsea) of Taylorsville and Wilma Joe Starr of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Dick Macy of Columbus, Lisa Butler of Columbus, Roger Macy of Kentucky, Sheila Grossheart of Henryville, Lisa Starr of Greencastle and Diane Starr of Indiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
