He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilson and Betty Lee Batts Ellegood; and his brother James Lee Ellegood. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith; his children, Matt Ellegood of Columbus and Lori Ellegood of Columbus; his grandchildren, Ben Ellegood and Sophia Ellegood-Turnbow; and his siblings, Sue Armstrong (Carlie) of Fairview, JoAnne Hon (Jerry) of Florence, Indiana, Tommy Ellegood (Judy) of Columbus and Wayne Ellegood (Sandy) of Vevay, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
