He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson R. Russell and Darlien Carry Russell; and his sister Linda Scott. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Fields; his children, Larry C. Russell of Columbus, Cari Roberts (John) of Columbus, Kelly A. Moody (Gary) of Columbus, Tammy L. Harsh (Casey) of Columbus and Rachel D. Raisor of Columbus; and his sister Connie Roberts of Oaklahoma. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
