He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Winters and Leah Winters; his wife Debbie; and his siblings, Charles "Bud" Winters, Caroline, Charlene and Margaret.

He is survived by: his spouse Deborah; his children, Randy Winters (Angie), Zach Winters (Jayne), Barry Winters (Amber) and Amanda Does (Steven Doan); and his sister Sarah White. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
