He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stomps and Eva Rose Stomps (Mallot); his former wives, Kathleen Gerrard and Kathleen Stomps; his wife Sarah Stomps; and his siblings, Walter Stomps and Phyllis Stomps.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Stomps of Auburn, NY, Dean Stomps of Columbus, Randall Stomps (Janet) of Anderson and Nancy Apsley (Rick) of North Vernon; his sister Betty Bunch of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Sommer, Kristen, Nash, Rachel, Blake, Kole, Frank, Andrew, Christopher, Sybil and Katie; and his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Hope and Sonya. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
