He is survived by: his spouse Judy I. Moon; his children, Nicholas R. Adkins, Benjamin J. Zitzer, Matthew B. Zitzer and Jessica A. Zitzer; his wife Angela J. Stewart of Columbus; his sister Saundra K. Stewart; his former wife Judy I. Moon; and also, Robert L. Stewart and Steven J. Stewart.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to either Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) foundation.
