He was predeceased by: his parent Bizel D. Fields. He is survived by: his mother Betty P. England Fields of Columbus; his children, Jeremy R. Fields (Amanda) of Columbus and Jennifer Fields of Columbus; his siblings, Richard Fields (Joanna Shepherd) of Atlanta, GA, Cathy Leamnson (Fred) of Reston, VA and Patricia Fields of Greenwood; and his grandchildren, Timothy, Kaeden, Keegan, Isaac, Amaya, Maicie, Klaytin, Gracelynn, Kingston and Zayne.

Memorial contribution may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
