He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Shelby and Barbara Ellen Stocks (Betts). He is survived by: his siblings, Dave Stocks (Rhonda) of North Vernon, Thomas "Wings" Stocks (Ani) of Bandon, Oregon, Kim Renz (JoAnn) of Illinois and Kathy Ruffolo (Rick) of Bloomingdale, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Tricia Mintner (Steve) of Newburg, Dawn Stocks of Evansville, April Schultz (Andy) of Evansville, Brett Stocks (Eugenia) of California, Shawn Kidwell (Alex) of North Vernon and Ryan Kidwell (Cheyenne) of North Vernon. He is also survived by sixteen great nieces and great nephews.
