He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Henry and Opal Avery Anderson Glick; his wife Irma Mayfield; and his siblings, Maurice (Doris Drake) and Freida.
He is survived by: his children, Roger (Deanna Burton), Deborah Glick Eikenbary (Robert), Bruce (Susan Fairhead) and Sandra Dosterglick; his grandchildren, Benjamin Glick of California, Daniel Glick of California, Thomas Glick (Sara Reynolds) of Columbus, Timothy Glick (Amanda Rediker) of Columbus, Rebecca Eikenbary (Rexonni Lagare) of Indianapolis, Morgan Dosterglick (Morgan Wright) of Indianapolis, Steven Eikenbary (Jaime Boas) of Chicago, IL, David Glick (Kerri Shields) of Chicago, IL and Quinn Dosterglick of Hartsville; and his brother Lynn Glick (Donna Solomon). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
The family kindly requests those planning to attend to wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing recommendations.
