She was predeceased by: her parents, Hanley Konkle and Laura Konkle (Ralston); her husband Jackie D. "Jack" Gommel, Sr.; her son Jackie D. Gommel, Jr.; her siblings, Charles Konkle, Bill Konkle and Margaret Horine; and her siblings-in-law, Glenford Horine and Marie Konkle.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy R. Gommel (Vickie) of Yorktown and Brian A. Gommel (Melissa) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Jamie Tapley (Jon), Chasity Evans (Adam), Craig Gommel (April), Amy Gommel (Bob Jessie), Austin Gommel (Sierra) and Isaac Gommel; her great grandchildren, Owen, Rylan, Madeline, Gracie, Hayden, Parker, Kaylee, Kinslee, Elijah, Caleb, Draxton, Ayden and Kylah; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Finke (Pauline) of Columbus and Mary Konkle of Greensburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
