It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Sue Nicholas of Columbus, Indiana, born in Greensburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert M. Waller; and her son Robert Michael DeLay. She is survived by: her mother Joann Splichal Waller of Nebraska; her husband Harold Lee Nicholas; her daughters, LaCiea DeLay of Columbus and Lauren DeLay of Cincinnati, Ohio; her stepsons, Josh Nicholas of Columbus and Zach Nicholas of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Covin, Avarrah, Araina and Tayson; her brothers, Mike Waller (Sandy) of Indianapolis and Mark Waller of Indiana; and her mother-in-law Phyllis Nicholas Everroad of Columbus.
