He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen "June" Lee; and his grandson Christian Andrew Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Paige Lee (Bobby Grider) of Columbus and Nikki Whittington of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Michael Evan Lee and Mackenzie E. Mathis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
