Riggin; his stepchildren, Stephanie Dill (Michael Watkins) of Columbus, Michelle Wyatt (Scott Myers) of Iowa and Shelby Heinis (Joseph) of Iowa; and his siblings, Mark Miesmer, Kirk Miesmer and Beth Roosen.
