He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kuzma and Karla Krausslach Kuzma; and his sister Michele Albert. He is survived by: his spouse Bethanie R. Murphy; his children, Tyler Kuzma of Brown County, Madison Kuzma of Bloomington and Zachary Kuzma of Texas; and his brother Richard Kuzma of Pennsylvania.
