He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Fischvogt and Clara Strietelmeier Fischvogt; his former wife Frances Jean Scheidt; his wife Jewel; and his siblings, Howard Fischvogt and Lorene Workinger.
He is survived by: his sons, Kent Fischvogt (Debbie) of Columbus, IN and Jeffrey Fischvogt (Debbie) of La Jolla, CA; his sister Mary Ann Collins of Jensen Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Scott Fischvogt (Angie) and Kirsten Russell (Ian); and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Emma Fischvogt, Kate and Luke Russell.
Memorials may be made to Together We Live (St. Peter's Lutheran Church) or Four Seasons chapel in memory of Norval.
