She is survived by: her children, Joe Randy Lewis II of Columbus and Sherri Armuth of Indianapolis; her grandson Charles R. Armuth; and her sisters, Kathleen Milburn of Indianapolis, Shirley Sewell (Paul) of Arizona, Karen Garrity of Columbus, Janet Baker of Mississippi, Linda James (Bill) of Mississippi and Carol Porter (Mike) of Bedford.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Hemophilia Foundation.
