We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2021, at the age of 86, Patricia J. Blackburn (Columbus, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill L. Blackburn; her sisters, Marie, Edith and Ruth; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Warner Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Bala (John), Melanie Meyer (Wayne), Tracie Hawes (Richard) and Brent Blackburn (Anne). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren.
