He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Marty Leestma (Kathy) of Wayzata, MN, Randy Leestma (Sue) of Carmel, IN, Tina Nelson (Paul) of Aurora, CO and Tammy Quadrini (Tom) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Mitchell (Katy) of Boston, MA, Reid Leestma of Denver, CO, Jenny Leestma of Wayzata, MN, Nate, Jake Leestma of Carmel, IN, Shelby, Cooper, Katie, Kendall Nelson of Aurora, CO, Dominic, Jessie and Jackie Quadrini of Indianapolis; and his brother Jerry of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by three nieces and many nephews.
