He was predeceased by: his father Paul E. Newton, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Marie Newton (Kellems); his wife Lisa C. Newton (Arnold); and his siblings, James Carmer (Becky), Braxton Newton (Leah), Evan S. Newton and Gail Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
