Skinner (Columbus, Indiana), born in Elizabethtown, Indiana, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Skinner and Ruth Skinner; and his siblings, Carolyn, Marilyn and Marshall Skinner.

He is survived by: his wife Claudia Skinner; his children, Russell Skinner (Jill), Angela Imlay (Adam) and Linette Buckingham (Tyrone); and his grandchildren, Miranda Elam, Steven Imlay, Hannah Elam, Shana, Shelby, Shane Skinner and Alyssa Buckingham.
