He is survived by: his wife Betty Mikel; his sons, James Lazzell and Jason Lazzell; his sister Donna Greathouse (Gary) of Freetown; his grandchildren, Skylar Elkins (Ali), Benjamin Lazzell, Cheyanne Lazzell, Logan Lazzell, Jacob Lazzell and Tristan Lazzell; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Elkins, Anni Elkins and Nova Jo Elkins.
