He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Hester Anita Price Depp. He is survived by: his wife Judith K. Fleetwood; his children, R. Brian Depp (Kim) of Indianapolis and Natalie Stott of Columbus; his grandchildren, Chad Stott (Hanna), Matthew T. Stott and Isabella Depp; his brother William P. Depp (Barbara) of Brentwood, TN.; and his nieces, Susan Druckenmiller (Dan) and Amy LaLance (Chuck).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
