She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Hendricks and Martha Hendricks. She is survived by: her husband Joel Perkins of Hope; her son Jordan Perkins (Madison Holmes) of Englewood, Colorado; and her siblings, Roger Hendricks (Jayne) of Springboro and Rhea Dikeman (Rick) of Cincinnati.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lakeview Church of Christ or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in memory of Rita.
