He was predeceased by: his son Steven Dale Zeigler; his brothers, Theodore Marshall Zeigler and Gary Lynn Zeigler; and his parents, Glenn M. Zeigler and Alice Wilcox.
He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Vogel; his daughter Sheree M. Matern (Chuck) of North Vernon; his sister-in-law Maryhelen Zeigler (Theodore) of Columbus; and his nieces, Marsha LaShorne (John) of Seymour and Nancy Lundy of Ninevah.
