He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed McKinney and Rosa Shultz McKinney; and his sisters, Marie Hoover and Bertha Davidson. He is survived by: his children, Philip L. McKinney (Teresa) of Columbus, Carolyn J. Leckron (Danny) of Columbus and Marilyn S. Richards (Calvin) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Lori Leckron, Joseph Leckron, Renee Petro (Jeff), Charla Richards, Zach McKinney (Omii Weaver) and Cayce Redmon (Derek); and his great grandchildren, Ivy Meek, Anderson Meek, Sam Petro, Lillie Petro, Hunter McKinney, Brinkley McKinney and Parker Fishvogt.
