He is survived by: his wife Jeanetta Allen; his daughter Roberta Miller (Rick) of Columbus; his grandson Eli Smith; his siblings, Judy McCarty (Bobby) of Kentucky, James Lewis (Teresa) of Tennessee, Clarence Lewis (Martha) of Kentucky, Linda Settles of Kentucky, Jimmy Rakes (Debbie) of Kentucky, Bonnie Messer (Darryl) of Kentucky and Connie Bradshaw of Kentucky; and his niece Debra Lynn.

We do ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines inside the funeral home and masks are required.
