He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Neibel; and his former wife Dana R. Neibel (Brown). He is survived by: his mother Dana D. Neibel (Dow); his wife Ashley; his children, Nicholas (Nicole), Justin (Kinzy), Westyn Neibel, Melissa Dean, Allison Colvin, Genevieve Isgrigg and Nicolette Isgrigg; and his siblings, Joyce Ross, Pam Wampler, Bobby Niebel (Linda), Mary Ruble (John) and Ron Neibel (Ella). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
