He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard J. Dutcher and Marilyn Fodrea Dutcher. He is survived by: his wife Keri Robertson; his sons, Nathan and Noah Dutcher; his stepchildren, A. J. and Lora McQueen; his siblings, Sherie Reed (Al) of Columbus, John Dutcher (Lori) of Seymour and Jeffry Boe (Rebecca) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; his pet Vader; and also Moose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
