He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey "Bobby" R. and Marjorie Tyszko Balzer. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Keith Balzer of Columbus and Kevin Balzer (Mandy) of Battle Ground, Indiana; his grandchildren, Evan, Ava, Bryce and Alaina; and his siblings, Donald, Kathy, Cheryl and Cindie.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
