He is survived by: his wife Donna Bowen (Yazel); his siblings, Robert J. Bowen (Kelly) of Fairfield, OH and Carla D. Bowen (Nate Rice) of Honolulu, HI; and his sisters-in-law, Sue York (Cole) of Connersville, Charlene Irrgang (Ray) of Connersville and Dorthy Stevens of Connersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces.
