She is survived by: her husband Jackson Moffatt; her sons, Richard Moffatt (Betty), Larry Moffatt (Tresa), Billy Moffatt (Lisa) and Steve Moffatt (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Kimberly Moffatt Townsend (Chad), Amy Moffatt Gilliam (Rick), Bradley Moffatt, Suzanne Moffatt Mayfield, Kyra Jewell, Joss Moffatt (Angel), Stephanie Moffatt West (Michael) and James Moffatt; her great grandchildren, Kayla Gilliam, Ty Gilliam, Zarek Moffatt, Katy Moffatt, Carson Mayfield, Ethan Mayfield, Leslie Townsend, Lynn Townsend and Sarah West; and her great great grandchild Ryan Guffey.
