She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nentrup and Edith Powers Nentrup; and her siblings, Walter Nentrup, Jr., Betty Von Strohe, Mary Ann Schneider and Ruth White.

She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Clint Dettmer of Greenville, SC, Matt Dettmer (Heather) of Columbus, IN and Gretchen Schneider (Dean) of Wheeling, IL; her siblings, Connie Burrell (Tom) and George Nentrup (Joyce); and her grandchildren, Kiana Snyder, Ashley Dettmer and Lindsey Dettmer.

Contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, White Creek in care of Burkholder Chapel.
