She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Cash and Eleeze Chaplin Cash; and her brother Gerald Cash. She is survived by: her siblings, James Lee Cash (Cindy) of Tennessee, Charles Cash (Sharon) of Greenwood, David Cash of Indiana, Carolyn Sue Keaton (James) of Hardy, Virginia, Barbara Welch (Roger) of Convoy and Karen Williams (Terry) of Hope, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and several great and great-great nieces.

Memorial donations can be made to the Special Olympics, Calvary Nazarene Church, or Dementia/Alzheimer's Association.
