She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rowlett and Elizabeth Rowlett (Purvis); her sister Sue Boldery; and her granddaughter Shelby Boggs. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Scrogham of Columbus, Troy Scrogham of Columbus, Patra Jones of Columbus, Patricia Scrogham of Columbus and Amy Jenkins of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Alyssa Scrogham, Samantha Scrogham, Cameron Jenkins, Jacob Jenkins, Amelia Jones and Ivan Jones; her great grandchildren, Lexi and Jaxon James; and her sisters, Pat Lucas of Columbus and Tracy Buchanan of Columbus.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sheila to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
