She is survived by: her children, Trish Sidebottom of Columbus and Dale Crabtree (Betty) of Columbus; her siblings, Bill Lacefield (Linda), Bob Lacefield (Debbie), Art Lacefield, Juanita Ellis and Pam Hash (Barry); her grandchildren, Ronald Allen, Derek Lee, Aaron Paul and Alexis Nichole Crabtree; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Emery, Austin K. Crabtree, Haleigh R. Holwager and Mackenzie S. Hill.
