Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley Faye Smith of Columbus, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 76, on February 26, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Barger and Jallie Barger (McIntosh); and her brother John David Barger. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Smith; her children, John Eugene Smith of Columbus, Regina Baker (Roger) of Columbus and Lisa Dianne Smith of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Ashley Nichols, Kayla Baker and Justin Baker; and her great grandchildren, Reese Nichols, Madeline Cheatham and Haelynn Baker. She is also survived by her three children.
Due to the new mandate, visitors are required to wear face masks and maintain social distancing.
