She is survived by: her mother Linda Hale of Columbus; her siblings, Brian Hale (Jennifer) of Indianapolis and Melissa Crawford (Brandon) of Tennessee; her nephews, Jacob and Collin Crawford; her grandfather Donald Dean of Wabash, Indiana; her uncles, Jay Dean of Mishawaka and Jeff Dean (Roberta) of Wabash; and her aunt Pat Howard (Scott) of Jenison, Michigan..

We do ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines inside the funeral home and masks are required.
