He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Gene and Naomi Jean Wilson Eubanks; his father-in-law Richard Ogle; and his grandparents, Floyd, Garnetta Eubanks, Parry and Maude Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Ogle; his brothers, Bruce Eubanks (Suzanne) of Columbus, Philip Eubanks (Donita) of Columbus, Todd Eubanks (Bobbi) of Hendricks County and Greg Eubanks (Christy) of Hope; his mother-in-law Delilah Ogle; and his sister-in-law Missy Polly (Mike) of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and great-nephews.
